This thoughts appear in the Underworld Awakening Soundtrack. For me the meaning behind this song relates to the movie. When it says " I won’t repent from this blood is binding" Means Selene will kill everyone who stands in the way between her and her daughter. Blood is biding meaning the relation between them. Also can be referring when Selene is protecting the daughter and doesn't want to get her involved. That's why she says "Love you were meant for this, But you weren't meant for this". Selene knew the capabilities of her daughter but still the pain to lose her as she lost Michael is too great. Most of the songs is about the thoughts of Selene about the whole war, daughter... Basically the whole movie! This is my thoughts, but it can have many other meanings. |
