I wish this song wasn't so relatable and perfectly fitting to my situation, which makes the reality ever more brutal if you've ever lived through a break up that you could have prevented and are only left with your regrets of what could have been for the rest of your miserable lonely life. This song is so honest and passionately raw and beautiful and the emotional build up comes to such a grand climax that it brings me to tears every time no matter the place or mood. In the end we're left with our actions and regrets but also our hope and resolve to learn from the past and soldier on dispite the heartache, although you can never totally leave it behind. |

| Totally agree, this is by far my favourite song right now. It's so poetically beautiful and I guess fairly self descriptive, although there should be more discussion about it for sure. | |
