| Your comment is definitely along the right lines. During the 1960's and 70's there was a terrorist organization called the Weather Underground, and it's members called themselves the Weathermen. Many of their bombings were in response to the escalation of the Vietnam War. That's where the "right/choice to kill" thing comes in. I honestly don't know what most of the other lyrics mean though. | |
