Like in the song "Wake Up", "Rebellion" is telling people to stay alert and not to stay "asleep" (unaware). Do not follow people in the same direction because they're lies and you don't know where you will end up. Don't be afraid of taking action because the "night" and the "light" is not bad, it's part of life. You don't need to hide, not from your "brothers" (people around the world). Here is life and everything is and will be alright! |

This song is always fun to listen to. Anyways I believe this song was written to express the gratitude of life, specially from the intro with the phrase "to my surprise... I saw sunlight" I think its saying he's happy for being alive one more day and see light once more. Also by mentioning a first born child he is indicating life, again and how we are nothing in the dark meaning death. That's just my opinion of course :P |

Ok first this song is crazy addicting and I'm glad its here! Alright so I think this song is about fears and how sometimes people are too scared to make decisions or even move because they think to much of the "what ifs". But Chris is telling himself its only our imagination... That we shouldn't fear for whatever comes will come. |
