Mumford & Sons – Holland Road Lyrics 13 years ago
I agree. Shame implies something the writer regrets morally or ethically that brougt him to his "low," such as a drug or love addiction that effected the one he loved.

Mumford & Sons – Lover of the Light Lyrics 13 years ago
Since Mumford songs have numerous Christian references, I cannot help but thing that "lover of the light" is also a reference to loving wholesome marital love (since light in a Christian sense would refer to "good").

Mumford & Sons – Lovers' Eyes Lyrics 13 years ago
The title is "lovers' eyes" (the plural possessive) and NOT "lover's eyes". This implies that the song is about MULTIPLE lovers. Does the Jacket contain the official lyrics to confirm whether the entire song uses the plural?
