i have always interpreted the line to say, " i found a mortar in my bed tonight", not "martyr" ... mortar, as in the bomb ... could be a comment on killing innocent kids in their beds, could be that someone metaphorically "dropped a bomb on him" in bed... or simply that he found a hot chick in his bed (a bombshell, aka a mortar)... that was what i heard e first time it was played for me, and I've always loved the idea it was "mortar",whether or not im right, i think its a cool notion.

the word "coke" may be wrong, but very sure about the "blends into"

Love this song, the relentless and energetic nature of it gets me up and its often the song i listen to first in the day.

I think the fifth line is "my reflection just blends into lines of coke" .. like someone looking at lines of coke on a mirror, just as they lean over it and look down... a good pairing with the line before about not recognizing oneself (where did i go?).

And i also think that later in the song, it goes like this: "we'll rise up ourselves, thanks for nothing at all, so up off the ground, our forefathers are nothing but dust now." rise instead of raise, and forefathers, again, harkening back to the idea of outdated ideas and rule-makers (like the church references earlier in the verse)
