How does the bible verse communicate what you're interpreting? I think it's pretty straight-forward, the rapist is pleading that his actions are justified: don't put a stumbling block in front of someone who can't see, don't put a beautiful body in front of someone who's hungry.
Not to mention references that she seemed to be "asking for it": "she gave me that look that seemed to say 'hey you, look at me!,'" or your lyric, implying that she should give her "love" away, i.e., her sex, because of her beauty.
