| This song is so incredible. Justin (Bon Iver) or whoever this song's about must have suffered a lot. Maybe I'm just imagining things, or maybe it's just his voice, but he sounds broken. He sounds as if he just wants his pain to end. He's suffered so much he doesn't think he's ever gonna be able to love again. When I first listened to this song, this is what came to my mind. A boy who's been in love with his best friend forever. Like he loves her and he will wait for her to realize they're perfect together. He loves her so much he doesn't mind how long it takes her to love him back. That's my opinion, but it may be 'cause something similar is happening to me. He tells me that everytime. |
