The song is about Craig's ex girlfriend whom repeatedly cheated on him with other guys. The lines "If you had a sex life, a sex life, would you even worry about mine." is referring to the fact that the girl (as I already stated) had sex with other guys, but not him. The lines "Your bed is empty you're a waste of time" is simply saying that no one wants her for how she is now. Hence the bed being empty. So she's trying to go back to him and he won't take her back. Hence she's a waste of time. All in all this song has nothing to do about the listener, unless you are Craig's ex lol. Basically the song is a huge FUCK YOU in her face for screwing him over so many times, that's it. If like the guy above, you get so butthurt by the fact that you read into the lyrics too hard then maybe you shouldn't listen to songs whose lyrics aren't the easiest to interpret. Maybe listening to Barney and Friends would be a better approach to you. |
