wow, i am amazed how this has no comments. this song has so much poetically meaning behind it. mishka is a real genius, and a very deep person. "but you are so happy with your plastic smile" this could mean that she is not happy at all, and just pulls out a fake smile all the time. or literally has a plastic smile (has had a lip job), telling us how superficial or what kind of person she is.
