Agreed, sodeepx3! Her best songs, at least for me, are like this - Straightforward, entrancing, and displaying her solo vocal talents to the max. The final "your love" in the song is fantastic - a real climax! The lyrics are exactly as you've described, so wonderfully simple, and no need for curse words (no guest "rappers" here, thank heavens) And such a chill song! A Soul feel which she understood, and it shows in her voice quite clearly on ths track. Really catchy too, moreso than many of her singles and videos and boring ballads (I always skip these) |
