I feel like its more of a mix of both. A lot of the song would make you believe that 1) is correct but then this verse: All I see are dark grey clouds In the distance moving closer with every hour. So when you ask "Was something wrong?", That I think "You're damn right there is but we can't talk about it now. No, we can't talk about it now." Leads more to 2. Its quite a multifaceted song. |

I am aware that this line: But you know, if I go Yeah, always want to go Is incorrect and there's more to it but I cannot make it out at all I believe physical lyric books do not exist at the moment. Feel free to make corrections if you have the correct lyrics. |

| That's quite interesting; their marriage was only two years but their relationship lasted three. Its even more interesting when you think about how this song is much older than that. I'm curious to see if he's been doing this in other shows too. | |

5 years too late but whatever; I know plenty of people still look at this page and it bothers me that this is at the top. I love Copeland and appreciate that there's many different interpretations of their music but I see this said so often and its just not true. Copeland is not a Christian band. Aaron Marsh has gone on record saying they are not; despite the fact that several of them are Christian. You are perfectly free to think the song is about God if you want, but to say its "most likely about God because they are Christian" isn't true. |
