the lyrics poetically demonstrate certain qualities of the world that people accept as true, the "eight ball last if you triumphant be" as in pool, or the "six senses feeling five around a sense of self" which suggests not only our tactile senses but the possibility of another higher sense of connection, spirituality or divinity that many people ascribe to in their own unique ways. then the lyrics contrast this with american dream "everybody's happy, everybody's free" tongue in cheek though, because it's easy to point out all of the discrimination that still exists here today.
This is a beautiful song. Poetically or lyrically if you prefer, musically, and in how it cuts at an issue so difficult to talk about sometimes. |

but then again, doing nothing is something in actuality, therein lies the faith that others are doing right by you. Kind of like trusting your parents. You think you know better sometimes, but you don't know the whole story. So lying low may be the best thing in the end. It's difficult sumthymes tho, because you feel like you have so many ideas and good things to share with the world, but know one to bounce them off of. Not just movies, but scienz, and philosophy, and law, and literature, and art, and religion, and technology. So many margins and edges as andrew graham might know about. someone really should check out the blueprintz for his dreamz, but it might be better to have him there to explain them if there are questions. real people. not theatrics. I love coldplay btdubz. They got me through audrey henderson in intermediate. I was crushing on her so hard back then. back in those instant messaging dayz. Yellow and the song that was just called were my favorites. I'd listen to it on the bus ride after school. I never understood the part in clocks about "am i apart of the cure or am i apart of the disease" the ordering specifically. my fingers are so slow. I miss kayln. |

I wonder if the balance of good and evil is really a balance. there's a quote in my doctor's office that says, "All it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing" -that's TJ. One of the original agrarian founders. I don't think it's a balance any more. I think it's a choice. To lie low, is to do nothing. |
