I think this song is about a woman loving someone in a platonic way. She is probably in a big hall or a ballroom where there is a ball, people dance and talk. The room was empty at first but then people started coming and it was suddenly so crowded. " Your hand on my hips Speak friendly to me I’ve been studying for years Patiently Is this as far as you can take me?" She wants him to notice her feelings, notice herself but she is just a friend to him so he doesn't care. She had been around him for a long time yet he still sees her as a friend. She wants to be more than a friend to him. "And they talked And they danced" The guy is in love with another woman apparently and he dances with her, talks with her whereas Karin is watching them silently. This song means a lot to me and gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to it. Totally a masterpiece. |

| In my opinion, in this song, they are talking about those people who don't respect lesbians. They don't wanna be around them, or be ruled by them but those people always win because they are stronger. That is why they feel like outsiders and make the cosmos (outer space) their home. | In my opinion, the "clowns" in this song are actually people. It means two-faced people who smile at your face but talk behind you. They (Yulia and Lena) try to escape from them, and the life around them but they cannot because they are always there. In those people they lose and try to find each other but they have to leave their feelings behind to do that. In the cloudy forest, they mean in that crowd they cannot see each other. This is what I actually understand from this song and I luv this song even without knowing the meaning of it! <3 | |
