Hey, when the girl woke up (while the main character was waiting in the hospital), the guy on the TV cut a cucumber in half. It's hard to show details in a short clip without narration, so I think it can be an association to cutting penis (so, in general, we see that the girl is shown and understands that (his bf's) penis is to be removed). Does that mean that the main character had his genitals removed? And that's why the girl leaving? Otherwise, I don't see any other point in the medical surgery thing. Or maybe I took it too seriously and the girl wasn't a girlfriend, just random hook-up? But this way, why are we shown suspense scenes going back and forth between the guy coming home and the girl lying around with another guy? And more, the final scene where the guy drops his bag on the bed, it's revealed that the girl is in another house and the suspense is finished. If it was a random chick, the director wouldn't put much meaning in that last scene. |
