I had a day of self-reflection today & this song really resonates with me. Especially this part - "I'm breathing but I'm dead" and "Yeah there's a difference Between living and living in your head" - yes, this is depressing but I have been feeling these emotions lately. I've been going through a lot and I think it is because I have been denying a lot of my emotions and things around me. I am trying to figure out why I am the way that I am. This song is really just about self-reflection and finding out why you are depressed and why you are alone in hopes of understanding why you feel this way - and moving on - becoming more aware of yourself. Once you are comfortable with yourself and your emotions you can go "on the other side" and you will find what you are so desperately looking for - which is different for everyone. :) yay! Great album closer btw |
