This is by far the BEST song EVER. It blows my mind... the complexity of it is just out of this world. How in the hell does one even come up with such beautiful music, lyrics...all of it. It has an incredible amount of emotion to where you can feel Perry's joy and pain. It takes me back to my youth which makes me smile at times and sad other times. It also seems to be written about who I am and how I feel. "She was unhappy just as you were" is my fav line... I believe I'm gonna be one of those poor lost souls that goes through life constantly tormented by my inability to accept life for what it is and just be.. I want more and will most likely never get it... whatever it is. Perry is a freaking genius.... I want this song played at my funeral...it is a part of who I am... part of my soul. |
