Hello, do you want to have a meaning for this song? I have an interesting meaning for you: The song is about an evil person that decides to choose the "bad way" (this means murdering, raping and so on). This person decides to be a felon, because he wants to be the felon. The narrator in the text tries to help him with "do what you want" ([...but don't become a felon!]). Let's look to the text directly: ======================== Part of the whole Madness apparatus Sleeper cell In Verräterstaat Struck by Lightning Thunderstruck from rigor mortis out Catapulted =========================== The human fetus is in the creation and therefore he is alive and part of the whole >world<. Now it is his decission in the mother body to choose the good way ("don't kill!") or the bad way ("I will torture!"). If he chooses the evil way, then he is a traitor in a traitor state, because being good was a rule and he broke it. Now he is a felon and he wants >lighting< (torture weapons). ======================== Thunder and lightning Know thyself Find The Mass Do What You Want Thunder and lightning To the ends of the earth Thunder and lightning Like mad ========================== Here the narrator tries to help the becoming felon. =========================== Dud Origin not known Unpredictable Out of control =========================== Here the narrator tells the felon that he is known (sarcastically). Everybody knows him and he may be punished for deciding to be evil! =========================== For better or worse Hell-bent on Despite all the warning to Full speed ahead Naked horror Blanker Hohn Sold Betrayed Judas For better or worse Hell-bent on Beyond Good and Evil Great speed ahead =========================== Here the narrator describes the way of the evil. How do they choose to be evil? How? =========================== Last advance The boundaries of the Nothing Is Umöglich Self-determination all alone ========================= This is the last help of the narrator: don't become a felon like Charles Manson! Conclusion: Very interesting song for me: KMFDM shows in this song that felons cannot be mentally ill, they decide what they want to do and what they want to be: a felon! |
