| Augustana – Sunday Best Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| I believe this song is like part 2 of Boston by Augustana. In that song, she wishes she could go to Boston, she's tired of the weather. In Sunday Best I think she is already gone, not necessarily physically, but her mind is in Boston. They are simply stuck. | |
| The Fray – 1961 Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
Well, Isaac said this song is about the Berlin Wall, but I think of this song as a love song. Love doesn't necessarily mean "attraction between a boy and a girl". Love is present everywhere: We're broken, we're battered We're torn up and we're shattered We turn back on each other The moment that it mattered The curtain is shaking It's bending and it's breaking And I'll be with you in the end (until the end) My fav part Wanna feel your love right now Wanna see the night and feel the day Ever try to touch somebody Ninety miles away |

| John Mayer – Heartbreak Warfare Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
Totally agree, no one really ever wins in heartbreak warfare. Listening to John Mayer's songs( I still believe he is a genius) I thought I needed this wrong guy--Two wrongs make it all alright tonight-- but I was talking shit again. No one is wrong, no matter how lonely, sad or desperate you think you are. You are not wrong , even though gravity might work against you... Time is the best healer. |

| John Mayer – Assassin Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| Yeah, he is a player, but I don't think she is. He might think of her that she is an 'assassin' just because she was able to kill, to reach his heart, even though I don't think she was 'working'. It's just how things go, you might think you're untouchable until someone accidentally kills you. | |
| Matchbox Twenty – If You're Gone Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| I am in love with the "I think I'm just scared - I think too much" part because we tend to overthink everything, to have preconceptions and we end up being scared and dissapointed. My best friend once told me: I think I think too much, but I realized what she wanted to say after I listened to this song. | |
| Tyler Hilton – Not Getting Your Name Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| Yeah, like when you see this incredibly cute guy in the bus, standing right on your favourite spot and not having the guts to get his name because you think "Small town, I will get to see him later" You just don't. | |

| Thriving Ivory – Angels on the Moon (acoustic version) Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
When I die, I wouldn't want to know it. This song is about everything, especially finding God and yourself, when you feel like falling, like only a sunburn can make you feel something. That every day's the first Of the rest of your life // You don't know the beginning or the end. Take it or leave it like you start it all over. Thousands of second chances |

| John Mayer – Slow Dancing in a Burning Room Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
I see two people. Lonely when they are separate, dangerous together. Just like drugs. They can't get enough of each other and they seem to be spinning and everything around them is burning and collapsing. Maybe she didn't run when she should have, maybe he lost it. You try to hit me just to hurt me so you leave me feeling dirty. |

| Snow Patrol – Set the Fire to the Third Bar Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| This song is incredibly confusing and you can get everything from it. I don't actually know why some songs make you imprint on them. It's like you get so emotionally attached that you can't listen to it when your feelings change. | |
| John Mayer – Split Screen Sadness Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| You can never know what two wrongs or two goods do. It's like physics. Sometimes wrong is so dreadful that it becomes incredibly good and I feel that way now. I mean, why can't it just be good even though it seems wrong? | |
| John Mayer – Split Screen Sadness Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
I actually think that this is about a relationship which doesn't end well so they have to share everything, the guilt and the sadness and it's like they were one and now they have to split their "tv" because they want different things. This is such an amazing song and I sometimes find it hard to believe how good John Mayer is. |
