Love this song but never really paid attention to the yours. I think this song is about accepting who you are. Maybe realising that no one can truly love you until you are able to love yourself. "I'm standing naked Smiling, I feel no disgrace With who I am". "But how many corners do I have to turn? How many times do I have to learn All the love I have is in my mind?". |

| I think this song is about depression. Maybe an alocoholic. Someone who seems to be reflecting on better times, but has now sunk into themselves. Someone who is paranoid about people laughing at him but at the same time feels like people are turning their backs on him. His saying to his friend "one day things will go back to being being good. You will come back into my life and things will be good. However "what do I know". Its about someone who is lost, feels alone, and feels like the world is turning against them. I think bedshape refers to someone who is so down that they can even manage to get out of bed, and as such their legs have turn to stone. Paranoia, depression, fear, but still hope that a friend might one day come back and save them from their broken life. | |

| I think this song is about a friend of his. Somone who has an addiction to drugs and finds love by injection into her veins. I think he sits with his friend and they look through old photos at a time when life was better and his friend was happy. His seems to be saying to her "Theres love here with me if you want it", and hoping that one day he will see his friend standing by his side drug free and happy again. At the moment though he feels as though either he or his friend "is sinking faster that a boat without a hull". Life is slipping away. | |
