| I agree with Hannah. I've believed the lyric does refer to the author's faith maybe. The title could be a reference to biting the proverbial apple which resulted in Adam and Eve being banished from the Garden of Eden...away from God like Hannah said. Also, Heston with a beard is possibly a reference to Charlton Heston's portrayal of Moses in the 10 commandments. Which gives some meaning to lines about dying Gods etc. | |
