I love this song so much! When i was little, my dad gave me one of those really old apple shuffles and he put some songs on there for me. I didn't know it or any of Ben Fold's songs, but after i listened to it, it made me cry! It makes me think about my own daddy! I want to dance with my dad at my wedding to this song! |

I can't belive nobody's commented on this one yet! Well this is a true story about a real thing that happened to Ben in high school when him and his girlfriend had to get an abortion. This song makes me super sad. But I love how Ben Folds writes REAL songs that make you emotional! He's a genius! |

Ben Folds is my all time favorite artist! And Ben Folds Five has some amazing songs as well! Ben is a musical genius. All of the songs move me to tears or laughter or anger and just make me emotional like good music SHOULD! I have a live version of this song and at the end, he says "I thought about...you're Mommy" instead of "the army"! ahh genius at work! I personally like it better that way. :) |
