This song is about heroin addiction. "You chase the dragon but it followed you home"... chasing the dragon is smoking heroin. "A blood junkie with a lightning rod A dirty rig and a heavenly nod" pertains to someone shooting up heroin and nodding out cause theyre high. |

| Listen to Killadelphia... Randy says "This is a drinking song" right before launching into 11th Hour. Its a song about alcoholism. I actually have "11th Hour" tattooed on my knuckles. The lyrics "Spin the bottle, Kiss only the bottle" means (to me) something a little different... I was addicted to pain pills for years. So that part of the song I interpreted as talking about a pill bottle. It reminds me how addicted I was and that I never want to be like that again. It helps me stay sober and "just say no"...lol. | |

The beginning is a combination of the code of omerta and the code of honor. I had a friend with the code of honor tattooed on his back and it was really close to the words spoken at the beginning of this song. Anyhow... he told me it was the code of honor... so I looked them both up on wiki. The first couple lines are the code of omerta, and the last couple are that of the code of honor.
