This is just my opinion of the song. Ronnie blames himself for the death of his beloved, despite the fact that he didn't kill her Let's go Let's go Hurtful words, From my enemies of the last five years, (He is being irrational and calls his friends, enemies) What's it like to die alone? -- This is about how his peers think Ronnie is spending too much time with this girl (Juliet) and they're basically saying they're losing a friend and tell him he will die friendless (die alone). How does it feel when tears freeze, When you cry? --(This is Ronnie responding to them calling them cold.) The blood in your veins is twenty below. -- Ronnie then answers with a smart remark and says his so called friends are cold and don't know what true love is and they will never understand why he loves Juliet. Sitting in this room playing Russian roulette, Finger on the trigger to my dear Juliet, Out from the window see her back drop silhouette, This blood on my hands is something I cannot forget. (x2) -- Somehow Ronnie's Juliet dies. The chorus is a nightmare of his about how he thinks he's guilty of killing her, but in reality, he isn't. The Russian roulette part is how the nightmare started out (him and Juliet playing alone) and finger on the trigger part is when the nightmare suddenly changes and he is holding the gun to Juliet and kills her. When he says "out from the window see her backdrop silhouette" , his perspective in the nightmare changes from shooting her in a room to outside her window watching her fall after she is shot. The nightmare then goes back inside the room and Ronnie gets blood on his hands from touching his beloved as she lies on the ground dead. He can't forget the blood because that is when it finally hits him that he killed her, (but again he didn't, he just thinks that) (Something I cannot forget.) So for now, take this down a notch, Crash my car through your window, Make sure you're still alive, Just in time to kill you. -- (This is after he wakes up.) In this verse he's saying her death can't be true and that he hurries to her house hoping she's still alive, but when he gets there he sees that she's dead and relives his nightmare of him killing her. Sitting in this room playing Russian roulette, Finger on the trigger to my dear Juliet, Out from the window see her back drop silhouette, This blood on my hands is something I cannot forget. (x2) Something I cannot forget (I can't take this take anymore) (I can't take this take anymore) --He can't live with the guilt of causing her death and thinks killing himself would be the only way the guilt goes away. I cannot feel what you've done to me -- He tells himself he doesn't feel guilty anymore and that what he's done to himself (kill his love) doesn't/can't affect him anymore. (I can't take this take anymore) (I can't take this take anymore) What you've done to me So for now, take this down a notch, Crash my car through your window, (window.) -- After he dies he, his soul quickly goes to Juliet's house and lives happily in death with her |

| Falling In Reverse – Listen Up Lyrics | 13 years ago |

I'm pretty sure this song is how Ronnie is trying to help out a girl who he went out with. She spread rumors about him and fed him lies and he wants her to stop doing that for her own good. Listen up cause this is not the end, (Wants her to know she can stop her bad habit of lying) You're the last thing that crossed my mind. Relationships are based on trust, Well I guess this one was based on lies, based on lies, based on lies, based on lies. (These lines are about how, in the past, he was lied to and cheated on by this girl, but now, after they break up, she is no longer in his memory) Listen up to the ones you trust, Just a few by your side (Your side), Give in, everything's gunna be alright. (Here he's saying don't lie to your friends as you did to me and be truthful to the few friends you have left)[You being his ex] (Here we go the ones who make time), Now it's time for me to go, I know, You know, The fights are getting old. (It's time for him to leave the constant fighting in this relationship and move on in his life) This is the last chance I, have to say to you, So sorry but I have to go, Wash my hands of you. (In the chorus Ronnie is saying that it's not too late for his ex to change her bad traits, but it is too late for them two to work anything out and get back together) You say you will never change, I say, That's too bad, (He's saying that she better change soon or else nobody will like/respect her) I'm sorry, For all the things, That you and I (Could have had). But it's your fault, All the stupid things, That you and I have done and said, The lies, The cries, It's no wonder that you are dead. (He's saying the lies she told led to the relationships downfall and that they could've had such a nice relationship if she didn't screw it up, but now since the relationships over, she's dead in Ronnie's mind) This is the last chance I, have to say to you, So sorry but I have to go, Wash my hands of you. Your honesty is killing me, The page I read the word that said that you still love me. (This is about how all the "I love you's" she said were fake) You lied to me and you don't see, The things you've said and now you're dead and that's alright by me. (This is saying that this girl is non existent to him now and that she'll be non existent to all other guys if she keeps up her bad habit) This is the last chance I, have to say to you, So sorry but I have to go, Wash my hands of you. Listen Up 'cause this is not the end! (Basically he's telling her to stop lying, one final time, so she doesn't ruin her life) |

| Falling In Reverse – The Worse Time Lyrics | 13 years ago |

After analyzing it a bit I think this song is about how Ronnie lost a good friend or girlfriend of his (not Max) and how he didn't want to believe his "old friend" was gone. This is the worst time you will ever see And down your throat goes the insecurities So watch me, I leave room to follow So tell me old friend is this hard to swallow? (I think in this verse his friend went through a rough time/incident and Ronnie understands that his friend is going through a tough time and wants to help him/her get out of it) Please just see so selfishly as you are This isn't as bad as before I keep it simple, I tried so hard You hurt me....you hurt me (I think the chorus reflects on how he tried to help his friend, but the friend just shut him down and thought nothing of his help) This ones not for the radio This one is to let you know (Ronnie's saying here that he only wants his old friend to see this song. He doesn't care if anyone else sees it) Tell that bastard you have as a father he should have taught you a bit of honor (Ronnie again is talking about how is friend shut him down and that his/her parents should've taught him/her how to be more respectful, and loving to those who try to help him) Please don't leave (go) (Here he's saying he wants his old friend back, and not this selfish new one) Please just see so selfishly as you are This isn't as bad as before I keep it simple, I tried so hard You hurt me I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way I'd never expect, I'd never of thought, you would have turned out this way (This is pretty self explanatory, he's saying that he would've never thought his friend would act the way he's acting) (We can see it coming) When everything is broken We’ve got to get this fixed right now You seem so distant You seem so distant We thought that we could get along (He's saying we have to patch this relationship before it's too late) I'd never of thought, I'd never expect that things would turn out this way I'd never of thought, I'd never expect that things would turn out this way (Again, self explanatory, their friendship/relationship ended in an unexpected matter) Everything is perfect (When all the fighting is over between them, life is seemingly "perfect") |
