| I can relate to these lyrics. The way I would interpret them right now: it's that situation where you are in love with someone who's already in a relationship but still likes you. Stuff has happened, but that person still wishes to stay in their relationship, which is of course pretty hurtful. So out of retaliation, you want to tell on them - 'start a commotion' - even though that would mean losing that person. So you keep the secret, and feel like dirt for what's happened, because the thought of losing them forever is worse. | |
