he's basically saying "i dont feel like putting any effort into this relationship", i think. becuz obviously a good bf/gf would TRY not to fuck with your mind, instead of try NOT to try. but, he is going to be honest with the person and not try to be anything he's not "promise not to lie..." so, i'm not sure if thats a great one for your bf's cd, although it is an excellent song. |
