I have been listening to this song for quite some time now, and I have come to the conclusion on what I think this song means. I believe this song refers to self harm, as crazy as it seems. She doesn't want to be known as a cutter and she doesn't want it to be her label. She looked back on what she went through and is sorry for what she used to do. That's what I think it means. Welcome To My Life. Pretty self exclamatory if you ask me. It is all about going through life feeling alone and hurt. I relate to this song really well because I always feel like breaking down. I can't help it. My social anxiety gets the best of my sometimes. This song is basically saying that we all feel out of place, and no one understands the things we do. We all feel helpless and I think the irony of this song is that he is saying you don't know what it's like. A lot of people relate to this. I love this song and I love simple plan. |
