Makes me think of the settling of Western America, small towns in general really, and big business(buzzards) being able to make well off the spoils of little people(road kill) from small settlements who get shafted by regulations set by government city people(Johnny) who make rules seemingly without realizing the implications of said rules
Or maybe I'm just schizophrenic in my interpretations |
