Sadly I completely understand what you're saying. My boyfriend passed away about 8 months ago due to a car accident. I've found that I can totally relate to this song as well and like you I've cried several times when I heard it. Sometimes it's best just to have a good cry and let all your emotions out instead of keeping them bottled up inside, because that only makes it worse. I've had so many people tell me that I'm going to be ok, and in some ways I believe them. I know that I'll make it through another day. But there are still so many days where I can't believe a word they say and I'm so ready to give up because all I want is him by my side the way it was supposed to be. It's so hard to think positive when all you can think about it what was supposed to have happened. We should have been planning our wedding by now. He had the ring and everything. I don't think I can ever get over him. |
