I have a 1-year-old daughter who I love more than words. I love her so much, in fact, that every time I have the misfortune to hear this song, I want to rip her ears off and pour acid into her eustachian tubes so I can save her from the miserable experience of listening to this crap. I have never heard a song trying so hard to be effusive and trying to do it with a proliferation of ridiculous rhymes crammed in ever crevice. Rufus is undoubtedly embarrassed of his hack father. |
