this song is amazing, probably one of my favorite 40 below summer songs. Truth is they just don't write bad music. This song is about pain and suffering, and depression. The bleeding part is a metaphor for the internal pain, pushing itself out. |

I kinda feel like this song is about a couple who has waited forever to be together. Awaiting each other forever, and one of them waits then something stands in the way longing for the day when they can finally cross paths again. Living in different cities or having other relationships, or obstacles in their lives and visiting each other as friends and never really getting to be together. |
