| The Cinema – She's On My Arm Now Lyrics | 13 years ago |

I think this is about a girl, her ex-boyfriend, and her current boyfriend who is singing the song. Most of the verses are directed at the girl as if the singer is speaking to her, and the chorus is directed at the girl's ex-boyfriend. I think that the girl is a pyromaniac, and is burning down a building with her new boyfriend who is singing the song. I believe that the girl and the singer are burning down the house of the ex-boyfriend. He says "Cause she's on my arm now. And we're burning shit down, so take what you need out" which is directed at the ex-boyfriend because he is talking about the girl. If the guy needs to take what he needs out, then it is probably his house that the girl and the singer are burning. I especially like the part "You got you and your girl and I got me and my world here". I think the singer is telling the girl's ex-boyfriend that he is missing out on a great girl. The singer is saying that the ex got some other girl and he is sarcastically happy for him. Meanwhile, the singer is with a girl that means the whole world to him. |
