Eh, could be about tourism and how void of meaning it is - considering the bit about museum steps and carrying shit on your hips. The last part would sort of support this as well - the way that tourists sometimes (often) come back to their home with this delusion that they want to live in the place they visited. Could be about revolution, particularly the french revolution comes to mind mostly because its a pretty popular one. I was thinking 'no loss' was actually 'no laws,' as in she worships lawlessness. Not sure if the lyrics up there are from the booklet or not. |
