The line "bullets by her mouthful an enemy at six" could also refer to a clock face used in fight to find out the location of the enemies. And the case "enemy at six" could be this way interpreted as a treachery or vileness (maybe slander as well, according to "mouthful"), since six is behind your back (guess that everyone would like to see "treachery or vileness of satan" :D).
