| I agree that it's "marmalade"....I think it's a song about being in love, he's tongue tied and he can't talk right or make sense, thus the nonsense words..."marmalade we're making out". Also I don't think it's about a relationship that's over. I think it's about being happy and in the moment, he's in love and he's saying, I don't want to go home, I don't want this to end, let's stay out all night. Not to over-analyze this very simple song LOL, but a lot of the above posters seem to think it's about a relationship that's over, but I insist that it's a happy song about a current relationship! | |

On the lyrics, is anyone else hearing: "Your shore must be strong, and you feel like an ocean being warmed by the sun" rather than "sure"? Love this song, and the story about the song being about him and his wife, just beautiful. |
