I love this song as for it's meaning, hmm. . . Prostitute? weird but the mentioning of "the streets her only friend" and their 'lies are old' they say they love her but don't really? either that or a homeless woman addicted to drugs. 'She loves the rush, she loves the thrill" and the singer is a guy trying to help her out but all she wants is her drugs or to die "All she says is take me away" End life... |

Not really sure what this song is about. . . I can see it as a person who's ashamed of themselves and makes promises to themselves to change but always messes up or quits halfway through the change (lies). They change for a little bit but then revert back to being messed up (where do you go when you turn away). Just my poor interpretation. I know it's not that good but whatever. also : "This band is friggin awesome!" |
