Love this song. I think this song is about appreciation for love. Love isn't hard to find it finds you, but to find someone who appreciates the love that you share and to appreciate it yourself that is hard to find. I'm lucky I found a girl who loves me and would probably take a bullet for me. I think people forget the small things that make love a great thing just look at the person you love and think of the good times clear your mind of the bad and you will soon realise how perfect your love is. Perfect love is there people just forgot to look. |

Bob Marley has an unreal amount of wisdom and must have gone into deep thought I would kill for the mind of this legend. His music inspired me to think about of a lot of things like: God didn't put us here to worship him God is no christian, Muslim or Jew he doesn't care about religion he is the creator of man. He may want us to live a good life and let others live a good life but don't be fooled by what the old books say don't do this, don't do that God has given us so much enjoy your life. I don't believe in any mans God but the creator the entity than give life and soul and the small beautiful things in life. What people don't realise is that drugs, alcohol and anything else which is deemed wrong is only deemed wrong because of the impact it can have on others but it's only wrong if you are irresponsible and hurt others with it. Religion in my eyes is wrong who are we as humans to decide which religion is right or wrong there is so many wars and fights over religion why bother is this what God wants? I have done drugs, I drink occasionally and yeah I have done wrong when I have drunk but I don't blame the drugs I blame myself. I think God would prefer us to live life to the full and be happy and be good to others rather than waste our lives sitting in a old building reading an old book telling people what they can and can't do or they will go to hell. Maybe we will go to heaven when we die maybe we won't but how can anyone be sure? 'Thou shalt not worship false idols' Does that mean a Muslim or a Jew wouldn't make it to heaven because they thought that the way they worshiped God was the right way? I refuse to believe what any of the old books say. |

This song makes me think it was inspired by heartbreak rather than death. To be more specific someone who has cheated if you have gone through it you would see this I think. Lay your hands in mine heal me one last time though I cannot forgive you yet - When you truly love someone with all your heart and they cheat on you, you still need that person and even though your still angry with them you know they are the only one who can help 'heal' you but you can't forgive them the pain they have caused is unforgivable but yet you still need them. I should have known - That you would have done this to me. Couldn't see the light - Had suspicions but didn't want to believe them. This song is beautiful and I see why people would relate it to death as it is so powerful and moving. |

From the song I get that it's very political and rebellious towards the establishment and speaking from the working mans point of view towards the economical crisis. The king of second chances - Politicians. Whatever keeps you warm at night - The lies. Burning bridges and throw him in the flames - The public rebelling. Another time, another place, another line upon your face - If it was the politician in the working mans shoes they would see the devastation they have cause. Gathering the ashes - The working man will suffer in the end. My number's up - I'm angry! |
