"Wish to enjoy this weightlessness" "A loose knit put on sweater tie it up around the arm" That's what I feel this is about, opiate addiction |

So, to me, this song is about the military, and war (as a lot of KMFDM songs are). I could go on and analyze lyric by lyric but who am I kidding, I'm too drunk for that shit. All I have to say is.... "Girls and boys Guns and noise Beat by beat Be the best that you can be Best to your ability Your future’s bright and ours to take Do exactly as we say Step right up, sign right here Your name in blood, have no fear" Girls and Boys...The openly try to persuade males and females into joining the military Guns and noise...This is the appeal, guns, and noise. Seems like it'd be fun at first, right? Be the best that you can be...The army's commercial slogan at one time was "Be all that you can be"...Pretty close if you ask me The rest is quite obvious.... "Your name in blood, have no fear" I can only thing to the moment when I took the oath, and my recruiter said "You are now a part of the most powerful Army the world has ever seen" |
