Whoa oh, "I know..." "I know..." is never good enough. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? As if no one has commented on what this means. Not to be a hypocrite, I'll comment; my thoughts on this is that this song is written to her, more like he has said this to her, and she is all like "I know..." and he doesn't think that's good enough? I have no fucking idea. Maybe. I don't know know. I guess that it's not good enough. |

Draw these strings tight - heartstrings Keep yourself inside - hide emotions Don't just lie there Part your lips and smile, Oh - he wants to be convinced she's happy So you're dimming the lights again Glowing inside again Words exploding Just like poem's Carve them in stone So the love can't be torn apart - I think this could either be about a girl being pregnant, OR just wanting to have passionate sex with emotions and shit. Past this black there Lies perfection's eye's This perfection is rightfully mine - what ever is bad (the relationship) he's convinced that it really is perfect, and he deserves perfect. (It also suggests that she may be involved with someone else, and she is "rightfully his"). And I... Will Wait... For nothing... For You... And I... Will Wait... For nothing... For You... And I... Will Wait... For nothing... For You... That line is what it is, but can be interpreted in at least two ways, 1 - simply he will wait 2 - he won't That's it generally, I mean you could break down the song as a whole or develop deeper meanings, or say the relationship isn't with a girl but he's battling depression or something. I don't know, it's an amazing song and if you listen to some of the other tracks, the motion (of demotion): "And I'll wait. I'd wait till the end of the world. For you." So yeah, that's my input |
