I think this song has very strong lyrics, I love the symbolism and the various ways it can be understood. To me, it is about a boy whos life just did not turn out the way he hoped. So now he fills his life with all kinds of stimulation, just for the fun of it. But it doesn´t really work. When i heard it first, I could really relate in being that cat in a bag waiting to drown.. |
