i think this song is more about a girl, not all, that has used him and his friends, so he is warning people to be sure of a girl before giving themselves to them (seeing as you should only date a girl if your 100% sure you want to be with them and you know you want be with them). i think this because of where it says that they'll be there for everyone when they need them to be as always, avenged sevenfold has done ANOTHER good song.. which means that all their songs are the best songs ever written. they are THE best band ever, better than maiden, AC/DC, metallica, megadeth, pantera or any of the other good 80's metal bands |

despite what everyone thinks, i think this song is about a person, althoguh he considers that person to be a parasite, hence why everyone thinks that the song is about vampires, because they are human parasites in the song, "my hunger takes your life' preyed on to keep you alive" this to me means that he made someone commit suicide, just by using someone for his own enjoyment so he doesn't get bored (being a parasite) the last few verses are most likely about the person trying to escape but he isn't letting them go anywhere because he needs them so he doesn't become a lifeless person, hence "making my way through the night, your still in my sight. your runnin' away but ya know you can't hide." the outro seems to be about him leaving this person alone because he needs more than they can give him, hence "vanish frmo my sites, venomous control. you can't make it right my appetite has grown" this is just my feelings however, seeing as a parasitic human is much more believable than a vampire... |
