| This song came out a week after my 15 yr old sister died. As an artist and guitar player it comforted me that she was in heaven learning from those that had gone before. (She was a big Kurt Cobain fan) I found peace in remembering her through this song. Every word was right on! Now I am beyond awestruck as some people compare this to the American Tale song! We no lie sang this song in our bunkbeds all the time and played it at her burial with everyone singing along (Heartwrenching!) I cannot believe how I didn't put these songs together! I am grateful for these amazing lyrics and just have to believe they came to us for a good reason. | |
