Perhaps it's about getting old, you know, when drugs and some sort of sickness (abominations) are making you feel really numb. For me it's all about getting old, about beeing scared of death, preparing for it (get down put your arms under your body). It's really sad song, as sad as the oldness is. But maybe Jamie is using a metaphor, maybe i'm wrong. |
