This song is straight forward I believe. This guy has feelings for this girl. He loses track of time when he's with her but he knows that eventually their time together will expire. When he enters a crowded room, and she is there, she is all he can see. He sees through the other people. He can't put into words how he feels about her, and it seems he is afraid to tell her. She is on his mind, but as time dies, so does what they have

This song is about an old love. They used to date and be very close but something happened, one of them moved away, college, etc. He doesn't care how long it will take but it just calms him knowing that she talks to him and is with him. He finally admits he wants to get married. He would do anything for this girl. She makes him happy and forget the worries of his life. Amazing song by an amazing band. Wish this girl could her this song. |

Great song. So much to take away from this song. The first thing is that he is being accused of doing her wrong (most likely cheating). It isn't true. "Things I've seen that I don't believe". Something you isn't wasn't what it looks like it is. He wants the girl to trust him and believe him hence "have faith in me". He would never hurt her or leave her. He will always be waiting for her. All he wants is her and he is willing to wait for her to trust in him again. He is trying to say he is not like every other guy because someone who has been hurt or cheated on will be less likely to have faith in someone. |

This song is awesome. I haven't heard it for a while, and I just started listening to it again. In my opinion, its about a guy who would do anything for a girl, regardless of what he loses because all he wants is her. He can't live without her, and he is saying he will go through the worst torture imaginable for a human to have her. Great song. Says a lot. |
