I thought this song was about her getting abducted by aliens. She couldn't sleep so she went outside. The aliens shined the lights on her when she was alone and she froze in fear. They were calling her to them and she tells herself she will be strong and has bad dreams when they leave. They probed her "touch my own skin" and she heard noises in her head. Her brother and sister were sleeping the entire time and she would only feel safe somewhere else. This is probably wrong me and my friend just thought of this the first time we heard and agreed that it made sense so just my thoughts. |
