I know J. Spaceman had a bit of a heroin addiction going on when they recorded this album. I LOVE how he glorifies his drug and alcohol abuse! Honestly I think this song is a combination of trying to get over someone, (Hence "think Im in love" and " but I dont care bout you and I got nothin to do" and just being effed up and trying to make sense of your own mind. I dont do heroin, but I think this way a lot when Im drinking. |

I think the meaning here is pretty strait forward. He is talking about someone with bipolar disorder. He is basically mocking them for hiding behind thier disease and for their negative outlooks on life. In the chorus he is boasting that he has been through tons of shit but has survived and is still strong and that these people with their so called "social diseases" need to "wake up and fight for themselves." Not bad lyrics they really make you think. I have not decided if he meant for these lyrics to antaganize or inspire, but since I like this band, I will give them the benifit of the doubt and go with inspire. |
