Yeah---David Bowie wrote this song for 1984--and that's the most obvious answer. What is pretty cool are the sexual undertones, almost like recruitment, and he switches it up to where you can't tell if HE is being recruited, or is he recruiting ? Just a phenominal artist. I have no idea what all of the song means--but the music is just incredibile |

"You don't have to scream a lot, to predict monsoons"----------like saying--don't bother "broadcasting" something that is obviously coming--no need to warn of a monsoon--you can't miss it. Excellent song-----excellent artist---it's catchy, but complicated--can't figure out the whole thing.......... |
