in the Seine River it was a popular spot for suicides, they found a total of 306 bodies, the most being 16 in one day. so that's what the 306 stands for. the 'one in 16' was that one of those 16 bodies they found in one day was smiling or something like that which is very unusual for drown victims. also the body was unidentified in the morgue so that's why it says "i'm still unidentified behind the cathedral" |

this song isn't about her boyfriend being a jerk or anything. it's a sarcastic song about how it's not always the guys fault in a relationship. sometimes its the girl who acts completely bitchy and rude to him, but she refuses to believe its her fault so she blames him. it pretty much giving the guys perspective through the girls. |
