| I always interpreted the first line as "he tasted me through the rain"... but I suppose the lyrics given here are more accurate (in a way). However, I do think my interpretation is possible as well (as it always captured part of the power of the song for me). I am not sure why this song affects me so much (and I don't seem to agree with any of the comments here), but Laura's voice is so haunting. And so are the lyrics... "cause the same night i dream that i'll lose you, i'll fall in love..." so beautiful. | |
