I completely agree with this analysis of the song. I have gone through this exact same thing although I was the one out drinking my sorrows away and messed up a relationship with a wonderful guy. I just didn't see what I had right in front of me. |

I just want to say this is one of the most moving songs I have every listened to. I used to listed to this song over and over when my grand father was sick and I was only 14 and cried so much yet it was such a good song. I never knew the "meaning" or reason it was written until this evening. I am going through what Wendy went through living day to day hoping I make it through many more years until I can't anymore. |
